ORDERS
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 3-5 business days.
I haven’t received my order confirmation.
Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your confirmation email has not been filtered there. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, kindly contact us at info@alvercollection.com and we will resend it promptly.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alvercollection.com. Once your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery address.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
We currently only offer shipping within Sweden. International shipping will be available soon.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Gothenburg, Sweden.
What shipping options do you offer?
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country and preferred delivery method.
How long will delivery take?
Orders within Sweden are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders above 550 SEK. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 45 SEK applies. At the moment, we only ship within Sweden.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse and an additional 2–6 business days for processing. Refunds for card payments are typically credited within 3–5 business days after your return has been processed.
If your item is faulty or damaged please email info@alvercollection.com and include photographs clearly showing the defect.
Kindly note that ALVÉR does not replace items damaged as a result of improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear (please refer to our care instructions for guidance). Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with the protective plastic still intact.
How to return an item?
Contact us at info@alver.collection.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Do you offer free exchanges?
We offer free exchanges if you want to change the size of the product. If you want to change color or product, please make a return and place a new order.
How much does a return cost?
For returns within Sweden, a fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, we do not. The shipping fee added when placing an order is a fee to cover the service the transportation company provides when delivering a package and is therefore not refundable. The Shipping cost to you is not refundable either.
How do I file a product complaint?
If you want to make a complaint, please contact us at info@alvercollection.com. Alvér Collection does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss or accidents.
GENERAL
How do I adjust the length of the bracelet?
Before you start, take out the band adjuster included in your package.
- Place bracelet on the adjuster.
- Apply light pressure on the pin with the fine screwdriver and turn it counterclockwise until it loosens.
- Once the screw is pulled out, remove the link. Repeat this action with every link you want to take away.
- Once the required links have been removed the pin will need to replaced into the band to complete it again.
How do I find the right bracelet size and case size?
To find the right sizes, start by checking your smartwatch model. For Apple Watch, you can find the case size engraved on the back of your watch (for example, 40 mm, 41 mm, 44 mm, or 45 mm). It’s also listed in the watch settings or on Apple’s website.
